Yankees Account Executive
Job Description: WCBS 880 AM and the New York Yankees Radio Network has immediate entry level openings in our sports sales department selling play by play (YANKEES baseball). If you are someone who thrives in a competitive and fast paced environment, and loves SPORTS, this is the right opportunity to join the WCBS team Individuals should be dynamic and passionate.
Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and cold calling, identifying clients’ advertising needs and developing and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs. These individuals are also held accountable for achieving sales budgets and collecting on the accounts.

Required Skills/Experience Applicants must possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. They must be self-motivated, goal driven and creative, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Must also have basic knowledge of MS office products, i.e., MS Word and Windows environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance.
